Remembrance Sunday 11th November 2018 Commemorations

Remembrance Sunday Community Parades

You will be aware that this year’s Remembrance Sunday marks the 100th Anniversary of the end of the First World War.

We are aware that representatives from several of our Masonic Centres and individual Lodges get involved in their local Commemorations every year and they are to be congratulated on the good publicity that they regularly generate for our Province.

In this special year our Provincial Grand Master is keen that our Province takes an even greater part in local Commemorations.

If you are not currently involved – please do your best to get involved! Our Provincial Grand Master has agreed that all our Brethren are authorised to attend such events in Full Dress Regalia in order to raise our profile in your locality.

Wreaths with a Masonic Square & Compasses can be ordered via your local British Legion branch. In order that we can monitor involvement in our Province, I would be obliged if you would let our Provincial Secretary know what your plans are at your earliest convenience – by email to
